Dylan Selterman

Dylan Selterman is a social-personality psychologist and faculty member in the Psychological and Brain Sciences Department at Johns Hopkins University. His academic interests include interpersonal attraction, relationships and sexuality, morals and ethics, political psychology, happiness and well-being, and patterns of dreaming. He has written for The Washington Post, The Conversation, National Geographic, and The Baltimore Sun, and also writes a monthly column for Psychology Today. He is a TEDx speaker and has appeared on Fox News, NPR, and CGTN Europe. His work has been covered by Vox, Huffington Post, Oprah Mag, and Buzzfeed. He also co-hosts the podcast A Bit More Complicated with Manuel Galvan. Dylan is passionate about learning, growth, curiosity, creativity, flourishing, human development, and working to create a better world with science.
